As a teacher with over 30 years of classroom experience, I know firsthand the challenges you face—from the diverse needs of your students to the deep desire to help every single one succeed. My mission is to empower you with the strategies and support you need to teach with confidence and joy.

My journey started right where you are now: in the heart of the classroom. This experience fueled my path to becoming an instructional coach, where I focused on developing and implementing powerful programs for multilingual learners. I immersed myself in the sciences of reading, culturally sustaining pedagogy, and brain-based learning to create programs that truly transform a classroom, including my own supplemental reading accelerator, ReadingPips™️, designed specifically for emerging multilingual learners. I've seen firsthand how these strategies help teachers build inclusive environments and get incredible results with their students.

Today, my goal is to help you achieve that same success. That's why I created ML Think Partner, a teacher coaching platform with practical tools, coursework, and video resources designed to make the science of learning accessible.
